Transfer save data between accounts on same console

my brother just got an Xbox one and he uses a friends account i guess and has some important save from fifa. i was thinking that you should be able to transfer that save data from the friends account to his own account. is this possible?

How Much Memory and What About My 360?

You can still switch between your 360 and One to play games and your account will be usable on both consoles, but none of your save data or games will transfer between the two

The game save data is only available to the account that used it. You can't transfer game saves between accounts.

Hi Whisky Sith,

If they have save game progression on your account it cannot be transfer the new account/s you create for them. They would either have to start over on their account or continue playing on your for their save game progression.

Here is information regarding this from Xbox

Save data on an Xbox One is tied to the currently active profile selected in the gameor app. While it's possible for you to transfer your save
data between differentconsoles as long as the same profile is being used on both, you can't transfer anysave data between different profiles, even
on the same console.
