Transfer redeem code content to another Microsoft account

Hello Microsoft team. I'd like to preface this discussion with my discontent with my experience to try and talk to someone on the phone but arrived at a bot repeating the same thing over and over about sending me a link to your website for help.

That aside here is the question that I would like to ask: is it possible to transfer redeemed content from one microsoft account to another after the code has been redeemed?

A bit of backstory for the necessity of this transfer:

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 on the PC last October on my while I was signed in on my PC microsoft account but intended to play the game on my old Xbox account (This account). I recieved an in game redeemable code for a preorder edition car to be added to
my garage. With my trigger happy clicks I redeemed the code on my PC account. This would have been fine if there was a way to gift cars in horizon 4 but since I redeemed the car I have not even played the game on that account to a point where I even received
the car in game because all of my save data is on my Xbox account. I don't want to progress the game and risk trying to sell it to my xbox account on the auction house. Is there anything that can be done about this? I would like my pre-order edition car on
the account I have all my save data on. I only realized my mistake moments after redeeming the code on the wrong account.

Content is tied to the account you used to redeem the code and cannot be transfered to another account.

The only thing you can do is making the profile that has the content you want set the xbox on which the other account is on as home xbox that will make all purchases available for the other account.

The workaround would be to designate the console to your ‘Home’ Xbox.
