Transfer or refund Gold subscription

I'm afraid it isn't possible to transfer anything from 1 account to another account.

But there are two possible options:

1. If the parental account is on the console too and has the console set as Home console, the Gold subscription is shared across the console so other profiles can use the Gold features

2. Cancel the subscription, that usually should result in a refund (will as far as I know be shown during the cancellation process) when cancelled (and refunded) then purchase a new subscription for the child account.

Unfortunately you can't transfer content among accounts. As for a refund you can always try with the refund form: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

You cannot transfer to another account. Transfering digital games between 2 accounts will not be possible. Only way of getting it on the other account is if you request a refund and purchase it on the other account. Try going here for the refund Request

Thank you for your post. Unfortunately there is no way to transfer a subscription from one account to another. You can submit a

Refund Request to get in contact with a refund agent and then purchase the subscription on the other account once refunded.
