    Transfer of xbox accounts


    My xbox live account is assigned to my ex girlfriend's hotmail account all the games & passes are purchased from my credit cards & debit cards.

    We broke up last year (amicable) & she has now informed me that i can no longer have the password to that email account to access my games library & I've spent close to £5000 on games & dlc over a nine year period.

    I have tried to get this sorted on many occasions with xbox but to no avail.

    Why won't Microsoft transfer my gamertag & profile to MY new Hotmail account when both parties are in agreement to do this.

    Would Microsoft refund me for all purchases I've made in that nine year period especially as I've just renewed my gold membership as well.

    Please Microsoft get in touch with me & assist me in this as i have to much to lose.

    thats no transfering bwtween accounts lol

    thats to transfer between consoles

    and no there is no transfering dlc between accounts lol

    you login into the account and console your want to transfer to and goto account settings

    tranafer dlc licenses to the said xbox the dlc is usable on the new xbox offline

    the purchase and download history stays thr same on the purchasing gamertag

    No once you start the xbox it updates. Both license transfer tools are the same you only have to license transfer if you want to use the dlc for accounts other than the account it was purchased at so if tat's the only account you use there's no need to license
    transfer. Everything can be transferred using a transfer cable.

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    So, I have a question, I have an account that I have but want to keep. That account has my Xbox live stuff on it. But I want to transfer that Xbox stuff to another Microsoft account. But I only want to transfer the Xbox stuff and nothing else. Is that possible.
    Nothing is transferable between accounts.

    You can't transfer DLC to an offline account. Downloadable content is tied to the account it's purchased from, always. Doing a license transfer will only transfer the right to the content to another console, for use by the downloader account, and other account
    as long as they're connected to Xbox Live.
