Transfer Microsoft XBOX Settings

Hello! Recently, I created a new Microsoft Account [Mod Removed - Personal Information] . Can I transfer all settings from XBOX from my old account [Mod Removed - Personal Information] to the new account so I can continue
to play "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" from the same place I was on my old account?

Settings, save games or purchases etc can't be transfered between accounts.

I can't stress enough how important it is to only use a genuine Microsoft branded data transfer cable. Using third party cables causes all sorts of issues from lost data to unusable hard drives.

You'll need to create a third Microsoft Account, transfer THIS account to the third MSA, then transfer your account to the desired MSA. You can try the transfer at Settings -> Account -> Account Security -> Change Microsoft Account.

Hi, It looks like you have done everything correctly. Is the transfer cable you have an official Xbox Hard Drive Transfer Kit? I know that Microsoft does not license, support or guarantee the functioning of cables made by other manufacturers. So If it's
third party manufactured, it could be causing some problems. Also If you haven't already take a look at

support.xbox.com/.../set-up-transfer-cable .

Hello there. Quick question. Were you useing Microsoft made USB thumb drives? If you were not you may have lost all your data. It is only reccommend that you use official microsoft tech to transfer content. This is what you should have used

support.xbox.com/.../set-up-transfer-cable, Whenever you tansfer content it is very risky to do without the right tools.
