Transfer Game Save From Shadow of Mordor To Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition

So last summer I played the normal edition of Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor for a while and progressed pretty far, I however do not have the original anymore but have recently gotten the game of the year edition. I know cloud saves are a thing, but it
seems my save from the original edition did not pass into the game of the year one. Anyone have any advice on how to get this to work? I’d like to continue from my old save rather than starting a new one. Thanks in advance!

Here's the standard edition of
Shadow of Mordor and the
Shadow of Mordor GOTY.

Just searched on the Xbox One marketplace and both editions are listed.

Promtoions sadly can not be extend.

Shadow of Mordor can only be bought via the GOTY edition here. The Base edition
alone can not be bought alone.

I had beat Shadow of Mordor and just replayed the GOTY edition since it is included in GamePass. Unfortunately, there is no game save transfer option from the base game. Since these are two separate games with two separate achievement sets, it makes sense
that you wouldnt be able to import a completed file.
