Transfer debt former(old) card(map) to the new credit card

Hello,

How I can transfer invoices not crossed(spent) on my former(old) card(map) on the piece of news(short story) recently registered(recorded) on the site

my account got suspeneded would i be able to use a debt card or a pre paid card to pay off a balance off my old credit card so i can get back xbox live cause when i tried it would not transfer over ?

had the same issue - account suspended because of old credit card

I added the new credit card but could not transfer the subscription to the new card.

Eventually called support - they managed to remove the old card and reinstated my account

I'm not 100% I understand here, but if you're meaning that your account has incurred charges that have not been paid off because of credit card problems, you should just need to add a new credit card in order for it to take care of those charges.

In order to do so, log in at
https://commerce.microsoft.com and add the details for the new credit card.

If you are trying to pay with a credit card or debt card it might because you have no money on the account.

I have the same problem.

Added a new credit card, wanted to remove the old one.

But the system wanted to make a payment on the old one, impossible to delete the old one.

I really have to say that this poor design at Microsoft...

on other site as soon as you add a new credit card, you can transfer the pending payments on it.

I just canceled my subscriptions, removed my new credit card. and that's it... enough time lost for buggy sites... !!!
