    Transfer compatibility


    I currently have a Xbox one. There's a game on sale on Microsoft store for a great price but it's only for Xbox series x. I just purchased a Xbox series x on Microsoft store and it will be here in a week or so. My question is,can I purchase that Xbox series x game while using my Xbox one,will it transfer over to the Xbox series x when it arrives?

    Digital games do transfer over as long as they are backwards compatible. The Lego Marvel games are not backwards compatible.

    No. The One is not backwards compatible so nothing would transfer over.

    unfortunately you can't transfer saves for non backward compatible games

    No. The xbox cloud system is for xbox related items, and not compatible with transferring to a computer.

    Sorry but although cloud saves can transfer from the 360 to the one for the backwards compatibility feature there is no way to transfer them back so far as I know.
