Transfer account to new email

Hi,

My son has been playing on my xbox, using my account for the last few years.

Yesterday, he bought his own xbox s and wants to transfer all his achievements and stats from my account to a new one we would create for him.

I don't mind losing all my stats and stuff, as long as we change the email account to his.

How do we do that?

Are you able to go in and change the email to a new email and transfer that account into a new account?

You can't transfer content from one account to another.

If you replace the account email address with his, you'll most likely lose your email address if yours is a hotmail/outlook/live email address

not possible as the xbox account and microsoft account are one in the same, basically they are one and cannot be seperated.

That happened to me when I went to transfer one of my accounts to a different email address so i can transfer my main account to that email address. Instead, it made a new account without me doing anything and named it a random name. Have you at least tried
to transfer juiceboxsamurai to the email address you want it to be linked to?
