    Transactions Prices showing in British Pounds???


    I'm located in Canada and all of my transaction prices are listed in British pounds rather than the Canadian dollar (both on the console and on the web). This is extremely frustrating and makes no sense whatsoever since it was fine on my 360.

    In addition to this, a majority of the movie trailers available only play in French. There is no option to remove French and only play in English (once again something that wasn't a problem on my 360).

    Does anyone know of a fix for these? If there isn't this needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP.

    360 backwards compatible titles showing wrong currency in store

    I'm in Australia. Xbox One titles in the store are showing in Australian dollars. 360 titles when I click "show price" are in British pounds.

    I have my region set to Australia. My language is set to English - UK (so that I can use Cortana, which isn't supported with English - Australia)

    Hi n0th1ng! Most likely the issue can be with the region of your console. Make sure that both regions on the console and account are correct and you shouldn't have that problem anymore.

    It's not $30, it's £26.99 as in British Pounds, from a British Website. Still doesn't make it legit though.

    Xbox Live Points Conversion (UK)

    They'll convert to whatever the price it was to purchase them or at least close to it. I don't know about British Pounds but in USD those are $10, $15, $30, and the last one is around $50. So maybe google the conversion rate for those to pounds and it should
    give you a good idea of what they might convert to.
