Transaction didn't come through?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend checking your
order history and see what the status of the game says. It will either say pending, purchased, charged back. If they say any other than purchased then there is an issue with the purchase. You can request a call from support, they will be able to assist
you much more than we can on the forums in this matter.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

might be able to pull up your account and verify that the V-Bucks have been redeemed. Hope this helps!

A transaction could fail for a lot of reasons and can occur in online marketplaces, so this is not something exclusive to the Microsoft store.

However, it is important to mention that always that a transaction didn't go through, the money will be reversed because Microsoft didn't receive it.

Remove credit card and contact XBOX support.

You can also activate double security measures for purchases.
