Olá, eu tinha comprado o xbox game pass em uma conta minha e hoje foi descontado R$40,00 reais do meu paypal só que eu queria cancelar esta compra mas não sei o e-mail utilizado teria como cancelar?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on cancelling a subscription. You will need to figure out which account/email the subscription is on to

cancel the subscription.

Mas eu não estou conseguindo pagar a assinatura que esta esta pendente do game pass no meio da transação da erro e nao funciona por isso criei outra conta e assinei novamente dessa vez pego normal mas a outra conta ta com esse erro podeua me ajudar?
