    Train Sim 2020 Add on issue


    We have Train Sim World 2020 and purchased the CSX add on and do not know how to access it. We tried through the main Train Sim game and can't figure out how to find it. Please help, my son is so upset we can't figure it out.

    Hi Taryn,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue locating the add on for the game. We suggest going to my games and apps, highlight the game. Hit the start/menu button on the controller(one with three lines on it). Go down to manage game, then
    look under ready to install it should show here. For future reference any add on purchased for games will show in ready to install under the game itself.
