Trailmakers DLC not working with other accounts

Can anyone help?

I have trailmakers downloaded from game pass and I've also purchased DLC

When my son plays trailmakers on the console and clicks on the DLC it says go to the store.

He clicks on the link to go to the store and it says you are able to play this, he clicks on that and it goes to install, it completes.

However when he goes back into trailmakers the same thing happens again with the go to store and you are able to play this is there, it goes to download again.

Where stuck in a loop

Can anyone help me?

Figured it out, needed to set the series x as the "home" console. I think it would be nice if it worked no matter which Xbox as long as I'm signed in... but at least now I know the limitation.

That's quite strange, have you already tried the reset I mentioned in my previous post?

Hi there,

I tried what you told me but it's still the same.

When my kid is logged in and you check the mange game and add-ons it says both the game and the DLC are installed but it's still asking him to go to the store and the same loop as before happens.

Any more suggestions?

Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.
