    Lucky enough to get a series x but I've noticed when i view game trailers right from the consoles Microsoft store, only the roughly first minute plays before it freezes up. My internet connection is solid, and I don't have any other issues. It's the video
    you watch right on that games page in the store. Its bizarre and happens on every games trailer video. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I never played the first game, but after seeing the second trailer during the the Xbox Series X reveal I downloaded the first game on my Xbox. I will be preordering Senua's Sacrifice hopefully it will come with an Xbox Series X bundle.

    I have the same issue after updating to 10.0.19041.2494 on Xbox One S

    Game trailers used to play automatically when entering the game page in the store. The trailer never plays though. Even when clicking the actual trailer video at the bottom of
    the game page, it shows “Error: unsupported video type or invalid file path”.
