    Port forwarding is performed differently depending on which router model you have. Most Internet Service Providers will be able to help you open ports if you can give them your consoles IP address and the ports you need open. To find instructions to do it
    yourself, I recommend checking out

    Sometimes after making changes you can try resetting the router and clearing the MAC address on the console itself to refresh things. What have you tried so far for troubleshooting ?
