    Can't connect to Xbox Live

Can you access the web-utility interface of your TP-Link and look for the firmware version and post back with this information.

Let's try and rewind with a fresh new start and we'll work from there.

Restore your console's network settings to factory defaults.

Browse to Xbox network settings and select Configure Network. Select the
Additional settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults
    and turn off your Xbox.

Access the web-utility interface of the TP-Link and disable Port Forwarding/Virtual Server. Disable UPnP. Save/Apply.

Power off the TP-Link for a couple of minutes and power it back on and wait one minute for it to connect properly.

Access the TP-Link and enable UPnP. Save/Apply and reboot this device (wait one minute for it to connect).

Turn on the Xbox and go to network settings and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection. Confirm if you're able to connect properly to LIVE, or if it fails to connect and if so, where?

Could you also tell us the current dashboard version, installed on your console.

Go to System Settings and select Console Settings. Highlight
System Info and the version of your dashboard should be displayed. For example,
    2.0.16547.0

Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.
