Toy story mash up Minecraft pack messes up

Bought the Minecraft toy story mash up pack but when I try to download it says download failed at end. It will let me use the skins but not activate the world when i create game's

I have restarted the tablet many times to try and make it work

I appreciate you letting me know, Jensen. Please follow the steps below and try downloading the pack again:

"1. Press and hold the power button for up to three seconds until you see a shutdown request message.

2. Select OK and your device turns off.

3. Press the power button for two to three seconds to turn it back on."

Thanks, Jensen. Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well?
