    total loss of access to Xbox


    Troubleshooting screen comes up and I cannot do anything, then screen goes blank. Need suggestions immediately on what to do at this point, because I just lost a lot of money on this Fortnite game and I am not a happy person. We purchased up to tier 87,
    we are on level 53 and about 2300 vbucks (just purchased). Absolutely nothing works at this point. Disappointed to say the least.

    No. I'm not playing right now. I can't connect to XBL atm either. I just turned my console on quick to see if it would actually have sound.

    You can actually play a game right now? Then play and f the sound. Be happy you can connect because a lot of others can't

    Just an update on this: Taking it off the power strip did not help. Also I'm unable to access the notifications. When I select the little icon, nothing happens, just like when I try to turn off the Xbox or reset to factory defaults. I'm totally at a
    loss.
