    I was going to buy GTA 5 now when it is in discount, and I can see minus om My bank account, 325 Swedish crowns. When i was going to buy it the message was, "sorry please try again". Then when I an going to try again it says to Contact Xbox support. Give
    my money baaack!!

    I bought Black Ops 4 today online and payed directly with my bank account and they took the money €129,99 from my account. But I can't find the game back in my downloads. You can give me an advise what to do?

    Can i buy the game again and get the money back of the game that i didnt received?

    Definitely the right account and no email when I went to buy the game it came up there was a problem so didnt get the game but they still took the money out my account

    But i didnt want the money i tried to get rid of the money and this is the first time i've ever gotten in trouble with microsoft i didnt mod it myself it just went straight into to my bank from a modder it didnt tell me who gave me the money can u please
    unsuspend my account i turned off my xbox when it went into my bank
