    Hi, sorry for my english but I try my best!
    The first thing is my problem with launcher of MC: even if I buy it I can't run it, same problem with microsoft store.
    I have problem with connection that appear like error "0x80072F30" and "Cv kneKb6NByUe6umh3TWWSHA", I don't know why.
    But I try to reinstall everything and got the same problem.
    I try to resolve this error using CMD, change firewall settings, upgrade ethernet drivers, run windows troubleshooter but nothing, I got no result.
    At that point I thought to see in microsoft and mojang site my account to understand my trouble and I see the migration account : I try it but I got a message "ineligible account" when I confirm my migration account ( yeah I receive the serial number in my email).
    ---- I tried to update MC Launcher I was queued, but the only one was me. OMG

    ***Moved from Windows / Windows 10 / Microsoft Store ***

    *Moved from Gaming and Xbox/Account and profile/Account management*

    Based on your description, you have experience issues running and accessing Minecraft. I'll do my best to help you out.

    Let us start on the account. Regarding the migration account, you can sign into your account on this link: Sign in | Minecraft and selecting this green button.

    However, if you have not migrated your account yet, we recommend you to check the post-migration process of Mojang - Post-Migration Process FAQ | Minecraft Help.

    Regarding the error codes you're seeing, "0x80072F30" and "Cv kneKb6NByUe6umh3TWWSHA", these are related to connection issues. It's possible that your internet connection is unstable or there may be a problem encountered.

    You can try:

    • Resetting your internet connection or contacting your internet service provider to see if they can help.

    As for the Minecraft launcher and Microsoft Store issues, it's possible that there may be a problem with your Microsoft account.

    You can try:

    1. Signing out your account on Minecraft Launcher and Microsoft Store.
    2. Update your Windows device.
    3. Reset the Windows Store cache. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command: wsreset.exe
    4. Repair Minecraft Launcher on PC Settings > Apps > Search for Minecraft Launcher > Advanced options > Repair/Reset
    5. Sign in back to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

    Cannot use/play Minecraft with Mojang account - Java Edition

    Thanks a lot but I know how how to reset my Microsoft account and this is not the problem and of course I've tried this option.

    Here is the timeline:

    1) Minecraft JAVA Edition bought from minecraft.net

    2) Game is working with Mojang account

    3) Mojang accounts have to be migrated to Microsoft account ( system announcement)

    4) Migration done

    5) Game cannot be used using Microsoft account after migration

    6) Game cannot be used using Mojang account after migration

    7) Several emails sent to MOJANG and minecraft.net for help - response: we cannot help, please contact Microsoft as this now in hands of them

    8) Several emails sent to MOJANG and minecraft.net for refund - please refund as I bought the game from you and it's not working

    9) I'm not able to contact Microsoft for this problem - the only channel to get in touch with Microsoft is this community
