    too many unsuccessful attempts , account locked.


    I cannot gain access to an xbox account because i forgot the password and security question i set up for it. The account is locked now due to too many unsuccessful attempts on my part because like i said i forgot the pw and security question answers. Right now i am using a temporary account in hopes i can regain access to my other account that i have spent so much time and money on. I cant even play my favorite game becsue i bought it with the locked account which is frustrating. Any help would be very appreciated because i keep trying to send a form to regain access with no luck because i cannot remember the security question answers.

    Im having a similar problem, I have to wait the 30 days to change some info like the phone number, but I was able to still use my account yesterday and now its requires all kinds of verifications and info i dont have, so I want to fix the reason I cant play when it says I clearly can, tried calling but places are closed now

    Hello, you have to wait until that lock out time is over and try again.
