too many refund=ban?

I've refunded 2 items so far which where both last year one a season pass and the other one currency on a game and I want to refund something else but will that cause a ban since that will be three refunds? Also my last refund was a year ago on the 6th so can I get another refund right now since it's the start of the year of do I have to wait until the 6th of this year?

Hello, you will not receive a ban or suspension for requesting a refund, however your refund may be denied by Microsoft's refund department.

marketplace theft Is only a temporary ban for asking for too many refund or unauthorized refunds (not asking support first or just bypassing the support and asking your card holder too many times )

Also perm bans are final and not case reviewable and no there is no refunds for them

No i wasnt banned for playing games i had refunded, i was banned for too many refunds. Those games were not used after the refunds .I was enquiring about the many other games i bought on the system.

Normal refund requests shouldn't get you banned. The worst that will happen is you'll run out of refund requests, which means for a temporarily time (More than likely a year), meaning you won't be able to get refunds on certain items (This will only happen
if you have successfully received multiple refunds within the last year).
