Tomb Raider Definitive Edition crashes when loading saved game

I’ve tried all possible options but the issue still persists. Is there anything else I could do?

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select "My games & apps" and then select "See all" to view all of your installed games.

3. Locate Tomb Raider Definitive Edition and press the "Menu" button on your controller.

4. Select "Manage game & add-ons" and then select "Updates" to check for any available updates.



If there are any updates available, please install them and try launching the game again to see if the issue has been resolved.



If the issue persists, I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:



1. Clear the cache on your Xbox One console. To do this, please follow these steps:

- Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers off completely.

- Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.

- Wait for at least 10 seconds, then plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on.



2. Delete and reinstall the game. To do this, please follow these steps:

- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

- Select "My games & apps" and then select "See all" to view all of your installed games.

- Locate Tomb Raider Definitive Edition and press the "Menu" button on your controller.

- Select "Uninstall" and then confirm the action.

- Once the game has been uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the game.

Try power cycling the console first, press and hold the power button until the console turns off, then wait 30 seconds and switch back on, and try the game again. If it still happens, then uninstall the game, and re-install it. (Don't worry, you will not lose your save). Hopefully that will fix the issue for you.
