told to contact again if i didnt get my code on the 11th

hi i was told to contact if i dint get my code by 11th so here i am still not got it any ideas ?????

i bought 3 month gold and i didnt get a minecraft code by 31/7/2017

i bought 3 months gold promised that i get a code for minecraft i didn't get it so i contact the support first the told me i will be gettin it by 31/7 thats today and i didnt get any thing am so pissed of i contact the support again told me to post here
so whats thats all about microsoft?! it just a damn code

I made a post before and was told to wait until the end of day Monday (11th of Jan) and if they still hadn't come through to post again. I still haven't received my codes yet.
