You don't have to worry, Xbox is working on it, it's temporary, it's just a matter of patience, you won't lose your progress.

It is a problem that several users are currently experiencing with Xbox so it is a generic problem. It can be frustrating, but they are already working to fix it as soon as possible.

I am having problems losing my save game progress in Need For Speed: Rivals.

I have been playing NFS: Rivals for a few weeks now and have lost hours of progress every time the game is restarted. But today was the WORST! I started the game up today and lost DAYS of progress in my "cop" career. I was a level 21 cop and now today
I am a level 1 cop. That was days and days of progress that is lost in the CLOUD!! All XBOX support says to do is reinstall the game.

This can not continue Microsoft!! We paid too much for this system to not be able to continue a game from where we left off!!

It said there was a multiplayer update in black ops 2 just about an hour ago and when I chose to update it, it took away all the levels in multiplayer I had progressed today. I was lvl 18 last night. I got to 37 today and now I'm back at 18. Does anyone
know if I will get my correct level back? The leaderboards in game now say that I'm lvl 18.

Ok so, My old Xbox 360 gave out and I had to get a new one... And when I re-downloaded Payday 2 off the game store, all my progress was lost which is bull crap including I was level 48.. Kinda crap how it doesnt save to the profile.. So much time lost. Is
