To use app first remove another device

I use more then 5 locations and devices.

There isn't a limit to whee you can log in such as web browser, but specific devices using a registration code are limited, when you unlock another it auto removes the first in the list.

You can however log in from any computer, anywhere at any time, but you can only stream on 1 device at a time, regardless if it is a console or Blu-ray device (5 registrations), Cellphone app (5 registrations) or web browser (not limited). Only one device
can stream at a time.

Hello Jarrod, generally, the Youtube App has a way to delete the associated devices.

When entering the App, go to settings and then associated devices and remove the devices associated with the Youtube App.

I would first like to ask and point out that if you have another device with your YouTube credentials saved or signed in last, this could cause YouTube to use that device as your primary and only device for their service, ie. PS4, smartphone, etc.. Remove
YouTube apps from all other devices and only sign in on your Xbox device or device you plan to use most frequently, otherwise you will have to continue to link your Xbox console as YouTube only allows you to link 1 device at a time.

Hey there Brewski! First, how are you connected to the network? If wireless, try connecting directly to your modem with an ethernet cable and try that. If that doesn't work, try removing your current storage device and using a different one, either another
Hard Drive or a USB device. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

I'm not sure which app you're suggest I move since it's obscured by the pop up in your image. I assume you meant moving the Xbox app. If that's what you meant then unfortunately that doesn't work either. It gives me the same error, saying "This Drive has apps
from another device" and says the apps must be removed first.

Thanks for the suggestion though, for some reason I didn't think to do that.
