    To update my Xbox console warranty with invoice


    Hi

    I have purchase invoice to extend warranty but I am unable to get hold on any agent on helpline or on email. Registered a service to request before and uploaded the invoice and serial of my Xbox console but no luck since one month. Please help me if anyone
    can.

    Only getting one month warranty on new console!

    I contacted the retailer but they said that they can only give me the invoice and my warranty should be valid for a year. But since Microsoft is the one that provides the warranty, Amazon says that they cannot help.

    your device number exists in two places, on the sticker, and on the invoice, if the controller was purchased along with the xbox, the repair opens with the console number.

    the controller has a 90 day warranty with microsoft, unlike the console which has a year.
