    Hello Reward Support, I'm new to Microsoft Points and I'm wondering why I have been rewarded for Microsoft Points. Please can reward team message me or something so I can know what to do with my Microsoft Points. This message for Reward Team.
    I came here because Xbox Support Team have told me that I have to come here and tell the Reward Team. I hope they contact me back P.S. PLEASE HELP ME ON MICROSOFT POINTS PLEASE REWARD TEAM THANK YOU!

    Xbox Live Rewards problem

    There seems to be an issue/disconnect then as its quite clear the rewards team hasn't replied to multiple topics here. Additionally, with the merge of XBL rewards into Microsoft rewards, the Microsoft rewards team should have access to help Xbox users
    who've been forced over to the new system.

    Hi Support, was instructed via email to reach out to the Xbox Live Rewards support forum team to resolve a problem with my XBL Rewards Account, so this is what I am doing, waiting patiently for a reply from XBL Rewards support team.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

    We do not see any recent Credit additions to your account. We see that you last received 1250 Credits for a first time purchase offer in February, but have had not activity since. You can request a deposit of Credits into usable currency in your Microsoft
    Account by requesting a deposit from your MyRewards page. Keep in mind that as mentioned in our FAQ:

    What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

    5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

    If you are asking about Microsoft Credits, then that is a part of the Microsoft Rewards program, and you would have to contact their team for support via their website.
