To remove an old credit card from the system and add a new Card.

Xbox Support has a rating of -10 for their knowledge, professionalism, and help to customers. I have called Xbox support since the card was removed and a new card with new numbers, dates, and security number. Xbox support personnel hung telling me to call my credit card company when it is their system that continues trying to use a card that is no longer in the system for use. My next step will be filing a complaint with the federal government throw the US Attorney General of South Dakota.

From what I understand, support couldn't help you add a new credit card after withdrawing the old one? Could you explain a little better to see if I can help you with this problem?

The card was put in as what was on the card. It is not me inputting the new info but what they have on file that interferes with the new card numbers and exp date. The problem the old card was deleted for fraud and a new card was issued with new numbers. Xbox support does not care the old number was removed from the system and I was told to contact my credit card when it is their system not letting me add a new card and numbers. As it stands Xbox Support me has a rating of-10 for their help to clear this up

I have the same problem.

Added a new credit card, wanted to remove the old one.

But the system wanted to make a payment on the old one, impossible to delete the old one.

I really have to say that this poor design at Microsoft...

on other site as soon as you add a new credit card, you can transfer the pending payments on it.

I just canceled my subscriptions, removed my new credit card. and that's it... enough time lost for buggy sites... !!!

You can not remove a card while you have a current membership. You can add a new card and select it for payments, but you can not fully remove that old credit card until the membership that is tied into it runs out.

You would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and requesting them to cancel your current subscription if you are not wanting to continue it that will then allow you to remove the old credit card.

Now if you are wanting to continue the subscription then you would need to add another credit card to the account and change how you pay for the subscription to that credit card then it will allow you to remove the old credit card from the account
