    i just bought ww2 and im downloading it and i try to click on it when it said ready to play but i got that message and i wonder why did i get that message. I did bought it, nothing happened. I need to know why that happened, anyone got something?

    Hey there first of all you will need to make sure you have actually been charged for the game by following the instructions here: Xbox Billing History | Xbox Download History | Xbox Live Charges

    If you have been charged you will have to get in contact with xbox support via their support chat or by phoning them in order for this issue to be sorted. We have limited capabilities on our end.

    Have you checked your subscriptions on your account on the website to see if it has activated.

    There was a service outage that affected all core services off Xbox live. Might have caused some issues with your gameplay.

    Try go in Billings, Susbscriptions and see if your GPU is Activate in your account. Go in Microsoft Account make login with your Account and go in My Microsoft Account > Payments and Billings > Subscription section see if show to you the Game Pass Ultimate
