    made a post awhile ago about keeping getting error account billing error ,made post was told something along the lines was being looked into but no more info since then

    Keeps stating account needs action but billing address is all good ?? Been going on for months now

    Hello vtans,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  3. not getting my deposits

    i buy all my games digitally but have not received a deposit since end of march 2017. since that deposit i have bought multiple games without receiving my 4% back, and website shows no pending deposits. please help

    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved, although
    our other team was able to force a deposit for some users a few days ago. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information

    credits deposit!

    There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for January took place on the 24th. Credits are scheduled to be deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the
    30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have them deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

    There was not a deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit took place on the 10th.

    When credits are deposited depends on when you get to 5,000 credits. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
    30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 after November 1, they should be deposited on the 24th (the next deposit).

    Why have I not recieved my rewards credit?

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
    So yours would be scheduled to deposit with the first deposit of this month.
