    I have sent 1 lot of gifts but can't send the other lot??? It won't send when I press 'send', I will keep trying my friends so thanks for your patience; it seems to be one thing or another with this game. Its Never-ending Microsoft....not good at all.

    None of my friends can see me when im online. They can invite me to parties and games but i have to let them know im online via cellphone and whatnot. Ive checked my preferences and i have "show online" selected. What else can i do? Its all my friends on
    my list not just one.

    Hey there Venci! Can you clarify, do your friends see you as offline, or do they just not get a notification that you are online? Have you seen this happen on the other console, or just what your friends have told you? If you could confirm this yourself,
    that would help me feel confident about the situation. Let me know, thanks!

    Sorry but you are not allowed to call out other players on the forums. If you believe someone to be doing something against the ToU and CoC of the Live service then use the dashboard reporting tools to report him. Go to his bio and select File Complaint
    then follow the instructions. The report will be sent to the PET for them to investigate and take the necessary action on.

    Are they definitely logged in with the correct Xbox account? Sometimes when I use the Microsoft Store in a browser I have to reload pages to ensure it's correctly picking up my account
