This is a general declaration since I was unable to find an email for Xbox.live. If you ban my account ever again I will no longer ever be putting money into Xbox ever again. {Just ask Blizzard) I do not like to be messaged by the punks that seem to be playing
anymore on your system and cannot seem to turn off incoming messages. Then when I call them a name and tell them to shut the **** up and I am the one getting banned, it only justifies my decision to migrate more and more games that I own to hard disk and away
from consoles. After Microsoft's last few crap OS's and this Orwellian behavior on a system that I owned and purchased, I am very close to being done with you completely. Since this is a 24 hour ban I am unable to dispute the claim officially so I do so on
here for all to see. You can throw all the forced user agreements my way you want, and while you do so I will throw my money elsewhere and you can rot.

no, there's no hope, Microsoft Doesn't care about Xbox anymore, i think that they're Quitting the Video Game industry and Moving on to be honest, there probably just having some fun and banning people randomly, i know that i feel cheated out of $4,000 i
suggest taking any credit cards off your account so they dont steal anymore of your money

and im pretty much done with Microsoft, they did this in 2009 because MW2 was comming out and now because MW3

It's their network and their rules also

They don't look at your msgs unless you get reported and which you did and were punished correctly

You retaliated instead of ignoring

And yes your msgs must be rated e for.everyone

So yes it was justified and yes there is no appeal on less then 48hour bans

It would.be more.orwellian to think that nlyiu are immune to your actions or that you have free reign because you paid for something

No when you get reported you get reviewed

Anything not rated e for everyone or sportmanlike will get punished accordingly
