    Can't Buy anything with my Microsoft Account money.

    Hi, I have $15.00 in my Microsoft Account. I tries to buy FIFA points of the FIFA ultimate team store, and when I went to buy it, it said I needed my Billing info, when I had $15.00 in my Microsoft points. (This is on Xbox One) Please Help! Thank you!

    Yes fifa points are the things you can buy card packs with (which you buy fifa points with real money).

    the things you are mistaking for points is your EASFC Level which is a completely different thing.

    Hi there.a cut ally you are right, my mistake I spent £69.98 (I got figures confused with FIFA points figure)

    So the first problem is resolved however the second isn't.

    How can I buy 8000Ms points which once retired gives me £69.98

    Then buy 12000 FIFA points which were marked a s 6300 MS points and yet be billed £79.99 and asked to pay £8 extra ontop? Surely I shouldn't have been charged extra and have 1700 ms points left over?

    If 8000 ms pts = £70 once retired

    Then 6300 ms pts (12000 FIFA points)= £57 roughly not £79.99 like I was charged??
