    When I tried to purchase a membership and "failed to many times" my xbox said to wait a bit and try again. So I left it for hours and it still says the same thing. Why?

    Failed attempts to pay subscription.

    As i said I spent almost an hour with the official support page (the same one you have supplied the link to) and in the end was advised to come on here as they couldn't solve the problem. The idea seemed to be that the "Higher Ups" might notice and come
    to my assistance. But all that has happened s far is that you are referring to the site that referred me to this forum. Not very helpful.

    Doom DLC locked.

    It's ridiculous, three attempt with tech today, three fails, it's not just Doom, this is happening with too many games.

    A simple but effective first step is to restart your console. Completely turn off your Xbox and then turn it on again. This reset can help reset any settings or caches that may be causing the problem.

    Make sure the Xbox Live servers are up and running and there are no outages or ongoing maintenance issues.

    If the steps above do not resolve the issue, you can try resetting your Xbox's network settings. Go to the console's network settings and select the option to reset network settings. Please note that this will erase any saved network settings and you will need to configure them again after performing the reset.
