To install Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition disk 2, can I put on flash drive or xbox flash ...

I just bought Dragon Age Origins the Ultimate Edition which has 2 disks: Origins and the "Additional content packs install disc" which has awakening and all the dlc on it. When trying to use the install disk it tells me I have to have a xbox hard drive to
install it on. I currently have a flash drive plugged in with enough memory on it but it won't let me use that, so my question is is there a way to make it use the flash drive or can I use a official xbox brand flash drive instead of having to buy an expensive
hard drive just for this one game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problems with "Dragon Age:Ultimate Edition"

Some titles, such as the DLC disc of Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition require a physical hard drive in order to work. Flash memory just wont do the job.

However there is a way around this if you know someone with a 360 which has a hard drive.

Get them to install the DLC to their hard drive and you'll then be able to move it onto your flash drive. You can then plug the flash drive into your console and use the DLC, as when installed from the disc it contains no DRM.

 

Installing all of FF XI to flash drive?

I don't have 13 GB in my hard drive to install FF XI Ultimate Collection Seekers of Adoulin Edition, if I buy a 16 GB flash drive will I be able to put everything FF XI on the flash drive?

Sorry to hear it. The 360 can now use an external hard drive up to 2 TB in size. However, if a game requires the use of an official Xbox 360 hard drive then there is no workaround for that.
