    To fix an account wipe issue


    I went to hop on my Xbox 1 to play some devil may cry to find out all my accounts on the system got wiped. I tried hard resetting my Xbox even to the extent of unplugging it from the tv and plugging it back in and didn’t fix it.

    When I added the account I noticed that half my games I lost loads of progress.

    I’d rather not have to put back almost months worth of progress in games if it can be fixed.

    If the progress has not been saved in the cloud, unfortunately there is no way to recover the progress.

    Xbox start up is slow, and the external HDD won't connect.

    factory wipe the console (reset and keep my games and apps), that should fix the issue

    Weird Problem Tried Everything. Minecraft freezes after about 10min of gameplay, the instant I press the home button it unfreezes

    Man I wiped my entire xbox...

    All my games, gone, just to see if that would fix it...

    No dice, didn't work.

    I made a new microsoft account and the game has been running extremely smoothly on 4k 120hz for over an hour. Im reporting the issue to Microsoft now. But im telling you, its some bug that has to do with my account, thats the only explanation.

    Thanks for your help, how would I wipe cloud storage?

    games won't launch error 0x87e1080b

    Try going into the setting, reset console and reset and keep my apps and games. FIx this issue for me.
    So all of the accounts get wiped off of the xbox along with all of my saved settings? Why does this happen to me :((((

    how do I delete games that already have been deleted on xbox game app?

    This did not fix the issue any other idea? I could wipe my drive but I'd rather leave that option for last
