    To complain about Microsoft store is not working correctly


    The app and games is not downloading from Microsoft store when I owned it and try to install it it is showing the the error 234 code 0x800706D9 to download I try all the ways that you have recommended so please can you suggest we one effective way to solve this problem

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the Microsoft Store on your console.

    If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

    - To clarify, do you have an Xbox Series X or an Xbox One X?
    - Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insiders program?

    - Besides your TV, do you have any external devices plugged into your console?
    - Are you experiencing issues with any other online features on your console?
    - Is your console connected to the internet via wifi or network cable?

    - When you say you have attempted to reset your console, are you referring to a factory reset? if so, may I ask if it was done via "Keep games and apps" or "Remove everything"?
