    To clarify the warranty


    Good day! Wanted to clarify the warranty on my gamepad during the game was disconnected, I noticed the blackening, the burning, the microusb connector, the controller turns on, but not cable, not over bluetooth not working. The warranty applies to my case
    or not?

    Happy to help! To clarify, were you able to get a replacement console via WalMart under the extended warranty they provided?

    I would thing if it's manufacture defect it should. go to the warranty site and put in a repair request Xbox One : Warranty and service

    Put in your console info and the select accessories.

    As Shrk1990 has said, warranty usually lasts one year. I'd recommend contacting Support to clarify if you have warranty still.
