So I was wonder and thinking why can games not be title linked, and save points of Interest container linked? This meaning once the game starts and ends, it does not need to load the full menu or areas but be in a limited standby mode, waiting for end game feedback.

Console Reasoning & Speed


This would make leaving games much quicker than reloading the title screen menus each time a game has ended if it was in a limited virtualization state of standby other than long wait times to get back to menus.

Point of Interest


I also do not see this type of action taken up much Xbox resources since it puts the game in standby and saves them in away for smooth end point re-starts. This would use a container state of the game that uses resources, and I’m not sure if in the end, could it be worse than the slow load-times and make it harder on the system(s).

Starting new game


The game will still need to load maps if changed but it make at lest one way quicker to re-start games if your purely exiting out of a game match if the game notices and does not delete each container action on exit if the same map is being loaded a game company can disable this and make the full map reloadable for clean up and delete old map once a new game starts with a different map containers. (Yes I know this can sound confusing).

Save point standby container


This could be used at save points in a game to quickly exit game would and update each check point. Saving in a limited run time game container until fully activated. This container would load up once if you die in a game and once you’ve passed the sage, it will close the container down until you die again. This allowing a free up container space so game does not get confused on save points and have unneeded continue save points open at once.
