Titianfall not starting when the disc is in the system.

I wish I could attach a video to this comment, but this one issue happens to me all the time and its annoying. Titanfall disc in the system. I click on it to play the game and it asked me if I want to purchase the game. I have to eject the game and reinsert
the disc in order to play the game. I wonder if anyone else has been having this issue?

those sounds when installing a disc is just the disc spinner starting to and spinning.. not the fan itself

 

Is it bad to leave a disc inside my Xbox One while it's off?

I really want to take care of my console, but it's starting to get really annoying having to put the disc in and then taking it out after every time I play. So is it OK to leave the disc inside the system when I turn it off?

 

Yes. ...and not just with Titanfall.

It's certainly frustrating to have to insert/eject/insert/eject until the disc is read. Sometimes I've had to insert/eject 10 times or more before it works.

I know that people who are participating in the Beta program (including me) have had this issue due to a problem with one of the recent patches. For me, I'm not sure if it's a software problem or if my Blu-ray drive is going bad.

I will say that this problem hasn't been as bad lately so maybe the recent Xbox One patch (I had one pop-up yesterday afternoon) has helped with this issue.

 

I agree. very annoying. I now out of habit, eject the disc and the reinsert before playing

 

Glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. Now if there were only some fix...
