tired of microsoft charging me for things i don't purchase

i was charged with 2 $9.99 one month subscriptions for xbox live that i didn't even purchase. all i did was update my payment options and i added paypal as a payment method so i could use it instead of my credit card. literally 2 minutes later, i get an
email from paypal saying i had just got charged 19.98 to my paypal account. WTF? let me be perfectly clear here, i did not buy anything. I WAS NOT EVEN IN THE MENU that shows the prices for each subscription, i was in the menu that lets you update payment
METHODS.

this is the third time i have been charged with something that i did not purchase. so i'm done. it's ***. i want to speak with someone about this immediately (at the moment i am on the support chat and have been waiting for at least an hour, and it says
average wait time is still 186 minutes) this is the kind of thing that is done by those companies that are just out to steal people's money; they will charge you or overcharge you for things, and then they make it impossible to contact anyone about it so that
you can't get your money back. pretty sad that microsoft is one of those companies

Just bought the wolf skin for cod ghosts this afternoon but my card isnt yet charged

Well no i use walmarts bluebird card and every purchase i ever made with it showed up instantly. but this 1 purchase still hasent even showed up yet...idk y. and i dont want microsoft penalizing me for them not charging me

Sorry to hear it. If you had previously purchased a Gold membership from the console then you would have been set up with auto renewal for that at the price you mentioned.

However, any billing questions you have must go through phone support. if you haven't already spoken to someone in chat then give them a try over the phone.

The only thing with that is that they charged me the day i purchased my first 1 month. They charged me on the 20th of November when they should of charged me today when it expired.

I checked And I only see where I got charged for the base Ga scan I don't know it does not show anywhere what the $107 charge was for How can I just get ahold of Microsoft to see why they charge me a $107 why is not showing up in my purchase history

Kinda makes me glad that they didn't go through with that. xD

But yeah, hopefully Microsoft will get off their arses and fix this. I'm getting really REALLY tired of all these disconnects, and all their supposed "fixes" don't do a thing.

P.S. - To do with the extra charge on the card I didn't make the purchase on, I have have troubles with my PayPal being charged by Microsoft before without me making a purchase. Previously I bought a month of Gold membership, then turned the auto renewal
function off, but I was still charged for an auto renewal, I had to phone in and get support to turn the auto renewal function off on my account.

I don't know if that is of any significance, but that was a past problem with charges.
