Time's Up?? Need help now?

So, I waited the 96 hours after completing my rewards for my rewards towards the warframe game (75 platinum) and still have yet to get reward points for it, it was over the 12th im going to include screenshots with my achievements. Can I get some help getting
my rewards?!?

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Since your fifth achievement was only made a few days ago, please allow for more processing time before being Rewarded. Since it appears you may not be fully informed
on this offer, there was no Rewards Credits associated with this offer. It is only a redeemable token for platinum for use in Warframe. You can find a link to your token redemption page on the FREEdom Rewards mission page.

I don;t see a link nor any credits no my rewards! so i need help please??

The link to the redemption page is the section at the bottom of the FREEdom Rewards page (Xbox Live Rewards) titled "Collect your Special Rewards". We
have logged into your account and have confirmed that your token has been awarded, and is on the redemption page.
