    I recently reached 102k gamerscore...just to have xbox take 7k off of it. Now im at 95k. I didnt mod my score,so I have no idea what happened. Games that I know for a fact that I beat or got a high score from legit..has suddenly went to 0 but when I click
    I still see the achievements but its like xbox just decided to rob me of it. What can I do to get it back?

    did doing that work as my lego batman 3 is saying i got the achievements on xbox itself but not on this website or app, its not gave me the 30g either and its the last 30g to complete the game atm

    second time my gamer score has went down I was about 81k gamerscore and now have about 75k gamerscore again. Would like to figure out how to get this problem fixed.

    Hi! This problem has happened to other players as well. Support is aware of the situation and a solution to the problem should soon appear.
    Hello there Mykey here and this has definitely affected others as well as myself but MSXbox team will come to the rescue my friend. It'll be sorted out in a timely fashion.

    I just had the same problem, it is easy to fix just delete your profile and redownload it again, should be back.

    BTW make sure u delete profile only otherwise your achievements will be gone anyway -.- but a popup will warn you so cant miss it.

    Storage->profiles->*insert name here*->delete

    Redownload.

    The issue is now fixing itself once you unlock another achievement.

    I can confirm this as I have just returned back up to 255,000 GS from 99,150.
