    cant buy ms points with visa

    You could buy the points on Amazon or Gamestop's site. You'll receive a code immediately after and you'll be able to redeem that with your prepaid Visa.

    Wondering where my $15 promo credit is?

    I purchased XBOX Live gold on 6/28/15 and was supposed to receive a $15 promo code for doing so. I had to chat with Xbox Live support who couldn't do anything but forward me to here. So what do I need to do to finally receive my $15 code? I paid with
    a visa.

    I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox

    That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.
    Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change

    If only I had seen this earlier, just bought 4200 MP and received the emails without any codes, sent my support ticket to recieve nothing but an automated support ticket confrimation, no way to get my money back, using the visa secure thing?
