Discus and support Time Played Stats in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My time played stats are not updating for PES 2020??     My time played stats are not updating for PES 2020?? I have tried talking to one of the Xbox Gamer Helpers, still hasn't worked. Please help!

    I’ve noticed that a couple games i play incorrectly track my play stats. But have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

    I looked a few past threads with the same problem and didn't find a solution other than just to wait.

    I have had that same problem, some games keep track and others dont. I would put in a ticket with Xbox support

    Thanks for the reply.



    When I press and hold the Xbox Button on my Controller, there is no option to “Report a Problem.” I only have “Turn off console,” “Turn off controller,” and “Restart console.”



    I do have access to Feedback Hub on my Windows 10 PC though. Would I be able to report this via that?

    That would work but make sure you are clear you are using a console.

    make sure the updates for your console are installed
