Time played statistic stuck again

I have information that more people have the same problem since 30 May.

Does Microsoft already know about the problem?

"Ok so heres another “attempt” go to a notmal web browser and log out of XBOX live via PC; then go to Microsoft and log out of that account. Go to your XBOX and then make sure your logged out there.

Then with XBOX on return to a web browser online and log in to XBL then restart your xbox and log in."

I did this now and nothing change.

"Is this issue for a particular game achievement or for the console itself? "

The same in all games, normal achievement working only time play stay.

From 72 hours Xbox One not added me the game time in statistics(the same in achievement on Xbox and site). I removed my account and add again and did reset of console and I have the same. I run new game, I have some achiev and 0:00:00 play time in statistic.
W here could the problem be? Before that everything worked fine. Ahh, achievements are added normally. Only problem with play time.

Have you tried to re-sync via your network connections?

Try to see if you do a network test if that will resync everything. Please remember XBOX servers have many users and they are updated by a certain algorithm, so possibly yours hasnt been updated yet.

Ola a live estava instavel esses dias o que estava ocasionando o atraso das conquista , mas ja concertaram isso , tente desistalar o jogo e abrir novamente ou verifique se elas ja nao estao sendo computadas.
