Time On Xbox Live

Hello All,

I seem to be having issues with my account in the terms of time on Xbox Live. I was a beta Tester for Live when the call went out. Spent about 6 months as a beta tester. I have been a member without fail every year since. I should be 15 years as a member.
I looked a few months ago and saw I was at 14 years. Today I looked at my avatar page and it read 12 years! What the heck? It may seem like a small thing, but I love seeming my time as a badge. I called 1-800-4MyXbox and they said they can see I am at 15 years,
but why is it showing 12 years? 4MyXbox said I should go to the support forums since support here may help.

Far Cry Blood Dragon isn't free for me with Xbox Live Gold

Managed to get it to work, I used the xbox live website and bought it for free on there, it took some time for it to realize I had xbox live gold.

My tenure shows up fine on the Xbox 360.



But shows 12 on the Xbox one...

 

I had this happen to me last week should be at 15 years tenure Now it reads 12 years called Microsoft said they cant do anything about it. Great support they cant change a number to 15 from 12 on my profile. Give me a break $900.00
I gave these people for my subscription over the last 15 years.
