Time Intensive Achievement Completed - Did not unlock

I finally took the time to acquire all of the Explorer Notes in ARK: Survival Evolved. The Xbox registered the other milestones leading to 100%--90%, 80%, etc.--but when I walk into the final one, nothing happened. In the game, it still registers my having
every single one, but the Xbox does not register that it was done. There are things that you unlock in game for completing the achievement--skins, and the like--but I did not receive those either. I can provide proof that I have unlocked them. I know people
just say, "Oh, well just do it again!" Sure, if it was one of the low milestones, but I really do not feel like spending another month traveling around the map and collecting them one at a time again... And, it would clear all of my achievement progress if
I want to reset for this LAST achievement.

Achievement not unlocking

I successfully completed the Drop It like It's Hot achievement, In The Evil Within, on Xbox One, on Tuesday night (Jan. 6th) and it did not unlock. I waited a minute or so....and nothing. So I reloaded & successfully completed the achievement 4 more times.
It did not unlock. I played again last night (Thurs. Jan. 8th) I successfully completed the achievement 2 more times......stil nada!!

The Xbox/microsoft support page says that they log the progress & that it will show up in less than 24hrs. Well...........it's been 2.5 days....roughly 60 hours.

Anyone know what I can do to get the achievement to unlock?
